Other Registration Info

In order to be confirmed into the tournament both you and your partner(s) will need to have completeted registrations.  A completed registration consists of a valid of a valid USAPA membership, a signed wavier, and payment made.

If you are a player without a partner after the bracket is full and there is a team with completed registrations on the wait list, you will be moved to the wait list and the team with a completed registration will be placed into the event.

Once registration is closed, in the event that there is room left in the time schedule, teams will be moved into brackets in the order in which the team registered.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds after 9/29/19 for any reason.  If you drop out you can have a replacement player and they would have to reimburse you.

There is no inclement weather policy.  In the event of weather we will do all that is possible to play matches on our 8 covered courts inside our Pavillion.  There is no rain day and no credits or refunds.
