BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THIS TOURNAMENT PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE

Registration is open to members of the SURREY PICKLEBALL CLUB on June 7th at 5:00pm.

NOTE: Surrey Pickleball Club members, before you register you MUST have "Surrey Pickleball Club" in the club field within your pickleballtournament.com profile. DO NOT type it, choose it from the drop down list when you are updating your profile.

Registration is open to the GENERAL PUBLIC on June 15th at 5:00pm.

This is a Pickleball Canada sanctioned event, you MUST be a Pickleball Canada Member to play in this tournament. Please ensure your Pickleball Canada Membership number and your skill level are up to date in your pickleballtournaments.com profile before registering for this tournament. If you are not a Pickleball Canada member, you can become a member by going to the https://www.pickleballcanada.org/ website.

NO refunds after August 15th for player cancellations. If the tournament needs to be cancelled because of inclement weather a $15.00 refund will be issued to each player.

REGISTRATION FEE: TBD PER PERSON, TBD for each event.

Registration is online only. Registration is not complete until BOTH partners have registered, signed the online waiver and paid; online payment via PayPal using credit card or PayPal account. When the maximum per event is reached based on fully registered/paid teams, others will be added to the waitlist.

All players must complete their registration by August 15th at midnight, or they could potentially be placed on the Waitlist.

COMPLETE means, the waiver is signed, the registration is paid in full and your partner needs to be registered, waiver signed and paid in full.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to place players in the Skill Group based on their current UTPR/USAPA/PCO rating skill groups based on registration. The Tournament Committee has the right to make changes to the tournament, combine divisions or change and alter the format depending on the number of registrations received.

Food

Food: The Sources Cafe is inside the recreation and arts centre with a limited drink and food available for purchase.

Cancellation Policy

NO refunds after August 15. If an event needs to be cancelled because of inclement weather a $15.00 Total Refund will be issued.
