CREDENTIAL INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS AND ADMISSION

If you are a player in the tournament your credential serves as a general admission ticket for any day of the tournament.  If you would like reserved seating you will need to purchase a ticket for reserved seating.  You will need to purchase a parking pass for any day that you are at the venue.   ****If you are not a player and want to come into the venue you will need to purchase a grounds pass to enter****

PARKING PASS AND TICKET INFORMATION:

Parking passes must be purchased in advance through the AXS Tickets Mobile APP.  

Step 1. Download the AXS App (tickets ARE NOT purchased through the App)

Step 2. Go back to the National Championships website and purchase tickets there

Step 3. Once the tickets are purchased they will be uploaded to your AXS App account

Step 4. Parking passes must be purchased for everyday you are at the venue beginning on Monday December 6th

As you know, in an attempt to be fair to those who were awarded Golden Tickets in 2019 but who were not able to compete in a Nationals due to the unprecedented global pandemic, Golden Tickets were carried over from the canceled 2020 Nationals to this year’s Nationals.

DURING REGISTRATION, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

PRO EVENTS:  * If you choose to play in ANY pro event, you CANNOT play in ANY skill/age OR junior events.  * If UTPR is 5.5 you MUST play in pro events.  * Minimum UTPR for pro events is 5.0.  * 4.5 UTPR players may be allowed in the events IF there is space.  5.0+ teams have priority.  Teams that register in a pro event with a player with a 4.5 or below UTPR will be moved to the wait list, at any time, to allow for 5.0+ teams.

SKILL/AGE EVENTS:  * If you choose to play in ANY skill/age OR junior event, you CANNOT play in ANY pro events.  * 4.5 UTPR players may be allowed to play in pro events IF there is space.  Teams that register in a pro event with a player with a 4.5 or below UTPR will be moved to the wait list, at any time, to allow for 5.0+ teams.   

* 50+ players in the age/skill events CAN play down to the 19+,35+ skill/age events ONLY IF one team member is under 50.  * Teams that register in a 19+ event without a team member being under 50 will be removed.

JUNIOR EVENTS:  * If you choose to play in ANY junior event, you CANNOT play in ANY skill/age OR pro event.

FEES:  Registration fee - $140; Referee fee - $30; Junior Registration - $35; Amateur event fee - $15; Pro event fee - $50

Cancellation Policy

Withdrawals: 

* Full refund if withdraw is completed 60 days (PRIOR TO 10/6/21) prior to the start of the tournament

* Refund (less a processing fee of up to $25) based on current expenditures if withdraw is completed 30 to 60 (10/6/21 - 11/1/21) days to the start of the tournament

* Waitlisted ONLY players will not be charged a processing fee and may remain on the waitlist throughout the duration of the tournament

* There will be NO refunds (after 11/1/21).  A request and can be sent in after 11/1 and evaluated by the tournament director

* There will be no refunds for events that are cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen event.

** Refunds will be issued after registration closes for those players who have a credit balance.  Refunds will be processed as a credit to the original form of payment where possible.  Checks will only be issued when electronic forms of payment are not available (i.e. closed accounts or other reasons precluding an electronic transaction). Refunds will be processed after the tournament has ended, by the 30 days following the tournament, for players who did not get off the waitlist
