Our tournament sponsor, Newport Rib Company will be serving a Southwest Chopped Salad that you can top with Chicken or Tri-Tip, Cobb Salad, as well as delicious brisket or pulled pork sandwiches with a side of beans and cole-slaw.  No need to leave the tournament to get your lunch or dinner! 

Our snack shack will have waters, Gatorades, fruit, granola bars, energy bars, chips, cookies, and candy.  The perfect place to get a healthy snack before your next match or well-earned treat at the end of the day.

Newport Beach Pickleball Club is conveniently located in the heart of Newport Beach. There is an abundance of hotels nearby with varying amenities and price points.

A block of rooms have been reserved at Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa (3131 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa 92626). King and Queen/Queen rooms are available for a special discount price of $99/night. NB Winter Open 2020

Welcome and thank you for participating in the Newport Beach Winter Open.

In preparation for the NB Winter Open, here are a few details we want to communicate to you to help safeguard against COVID and to maximize the player experience at the Newport Beach Pickleball Club (NBPC).

• No spectators will be allowed. Even if you are playing Mixed Doubles and you want to root on your partner, on your off day, you will not be allowed entry into our private club unless you purchase a Day or VIP membership pass. Day and VIP passes will allow only limited access membership for the day or weekend, it will not allow you to play on the courts. You can purchase these limited membership passes on www.pickleballtournaments.com. 

• No pets are allowed at the NBPC.

• NBPC follows all the recommended CDC guidelines and has established additional restrictions and protocols during these unprecedented times and for the foreseeable future, NBPC insists that everyone who is comfortable coming to the NBPC to play follows the protocols in place so that we can play safely.

• In addition to following the CDC guideline, NBPC has put self-imposed safety protocols in place that are strictly enforced.

• Face coverings required upon entry, to be worn at all times except during play

• Temperature check prior to entry into the Club

• Social distancing at all times

• Sanitization stations available at entry and at courts

• Restrooms will be available but restricted to one person at a time

• Please sanitize your paddle, ball and hands before and after play
