From 460 South: Once in Lynchburg on 460 N / 29 N Richmond Hwy / Jerry Falwell Parkway, take Chandlers Mtn Rd Exit.  At the top of the Exit, turn right onto Chandlers Mtn Rd. After 1st Light, take left onto LaHaye Cir.  Continue straight and road becomes Lahaye Ct.  Student Union Building is located on you right (building with the 2 domes on each end).  Entrance is under the bigger dome.  Once inside the building, enter into the workout area and passed the stairs take a right and down the hall will be the 20 inddor Pickleball courts!

From 460 North: Once in Lynchburg on 460 S / 29 S Richmond Hwy / Jerry Falwell Parkway,Liberty University Exit.  At the light, go straight across Liberty University Blvd. Take 1st Right onto LaHaye Ct.  Continue straight and Student Union Building is located on you Left (building with the 2 domes on each end).  Entrance is under the bigger dome.  Once inside the building, enter into the workout area and passed the stairs take a right and down the hall will be the 20 inddor Pickleball courts!

From 460 South: Once in Lynchburg on 460 N / 29 N Richmond Hwy / Jerry Falwell Parkway, take Chandlers Mtn Rd Exit.  At the top of the Exit, turn right onto Chandlers Mtn Rd. 1st Light take a right, at round-a-bout, take the second right and vines center will be on your right in 1/4 mile - Big Dome Arena.

Format

PLAY FORMAT - 30+ Indoor Courts

- Winners Bracket Scoring: 2 out of 3 (11 point) games, win by 2 points

- Survival Bracket Scoring: 1 (15 point) game, win by 2 points

- Gold, Silver & Bronze matches will be the best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points, winning by 2 points.

- Championship matches will be played on our championship courts.

- Referees will only be used for all medal games. All other games will be played using the honor system, calling your own lines and the server calling the score before they begin the motion of the serve.

- Official USAPA indoor Yellow Gamma Photon Ball will be used.

Players may only play in one age division in the same event. Once a match is announced, all players have ten (10) minutes to begin play. USAPA Rules Apply – Decisions by Tournament Director are Final.  Tournament director reserves the right to adjust brackets if needed to fit the flow and play of the tournament. *Medal match times are subject to change and based on the days first finishing rounds.

The age brackets will be re-evaluated based on the number of entrants in each age group. We want this to be a fun tournament with opportunities for everyone to enjoy the beautiful indoor facility, make great new friends and play some of your best games of Pickleball.
