Hillcrest Country Club is offering the following food options to the tournament players:

Lunch Options:  Each Day will be from 11am-2:00pm

Friday, October 15:

• Soup & Salad Bar - $10++ per person - 11am-2pm
• Grab & Go Sandwiches w/ Bag of Chips available after 2pm - $5.25++

Saturday, October 16:

• Italian - $10++ per person
  • Caesar Salad, Sauteed Green Beans, Meat Lasagna – 11am-2pm
• Grab & Go Sandwiches w/ Bag of Chips available after 2pm - $5.25++

Sunday, October 17:

• Mexican - $10++ per person
  • Taco Bar with all the fixings, Rice, Refried Beans, Chips & Salsa - $10++ per person – 11am-2pm

The ++ is plus tax and service charge.  Players are free to sit down in the Perry’s, Patio or Men’s Grille during lunch.

Lodging / Accommodations

Several hotel options are available in Bartleville, including Inn at the Price Tower, Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, Candlewood & Holiday Inn.  There are also a few RV campgrounds in Bartlesville and surrounding area.  We are working with the hotels near the venue for special rates.  Will post details as they become available.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations after October 1, 2021.

If the tournament is postponed or canceled for reasons beyond our control, every attempt will be made to refund registration fees minus any unavoidable expenses incurred.

Format

MENS & WOMENS SINGLES; 50/50 MIXED DOUBLES*: Friday, October 15, 2021

MENS & WOMENS DOUBLES: Saturday, October 16, 2021

MIXED DOUBLES: Sunday, October 17, 2021

* A 50/50 mixed doubles team consists of one player over 50 and the other player under 50 years of age.  50/50 is limited to 8 teams per division.  Players CANNOT register in 50/50 and singles as they occur concurrently. 

Current USA Pickleball rules will be followed. 

10 pickleball courts on three indoor tennis courts

Courts open at 7:30 AM. Play will begin at 8:00 AM (Singles play start time may change based on number of registrants)

Players must check-in 30 minutes prior to their bracket play times. Players must be ready for match when it is announced.  May be asked to forfiet match if players do not report to the court read to play within 10 minutes of such accouncements. 

Some skill/age levels may be combined due to number of players in that skill/age.

DOUBLE ELIMINATION and/or ROUND ROBIN formats

Skill levels to include 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0

Three teams at any skill level will constitute an event but may be combined with other skill levels for tournament play. TD reserves the right to change format based on registration numbers in skill and/or age level.
