Tournament Description
All events will be double elimination brackets, unless there are fewer than 5 teams in a given bracket in which case the bracket will be (at the discretion of the tournament director) combined with another bracket of the same skill level or the bracket will be played as a double round robin where each team plays the other teams twice. The COVID 19 pandemic that caused the rescheduling of many 2020 tournaments continues to be in our minds as we plan for our 2021 events.
We are continually making and revising plans to operate within Federal, State, Local and USA Pickleball guidelines for the protection and safety of our staff, players, volunteers, vendors, and spectators. We firmly believe at this point that we can operate safely under the current guidelines.
As we cannot foresee where this pandemic will take us going further; we promise to continue to monitor all aspects of the situation and adjust accordingly.
In the event that circumstances arise beyond our control or if anything creates a situation where we cannot operate safely and within the guidelines in effect we will immediately cancel the event.
We assure you that we do not take this matter lightly and we understand the commitments our players have to make to attend. We will keep players posted of any developments and if the need to cancel becomes evident we will provide as much advance notice as we can.
In the event of tournament cancellation, we will refund all player fees except the transaction fees (approximately 5% of the transaction) charged by Paypal, which Paypal has declined to refund.

Gatorade, food, and alcohol* will be available for purchase at the event. Please bring a refillable water bottle as water will be provided.
*Alcohol will be available for purchase upon approval of temporary liquor license from The City of Fort Myers.

Cancellation Policy
March 1, 2021 - CANCELLATION DEADLINE:
No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE. Please see our WELCOME tab for our COVID Cancellation Policy.
If you withdraw before CANCELLATION DEADLINE DATE, you will be issued a full refund MINUS any paypal fees!
This is an outdoor tournament. If there is inclement weather, we will do all we can to play matches, but there will be no refunds or credits due to inclement weather. There is no indoor back up options available or rain dates.

Format
All USAPA rules will be in affect.
Most divisions will be double elimination. If there are five teams or less, that division will then be a round robin. We reserve the right to combine divisions based on number of teams signed up.
