• When registering online, online waiver signature is used.
• Online payment via PayPal is available. PayPal also allows credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

April 3, 2021 - CANCELLATION DEADLINE

No refunds or credits for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE.  If you withdraw before CANCELLATION DEADLINEABOVE, you will be issued a full refund.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

This is an outdoor pickleball tournament.   If weather or anyother unforeseen circumstance occurs, Palmetto Dunes will the best we can to playmatches.   If brackets are in mid play when weather occurs, we willdo all we can to complete the bracket.

Format

We will follow 2021 USA Pickleball rules.

This is a round robin tournament - if there are larger brackets, round robin pool play will be following by a single elimination bracket.
