Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available with no explanation minus a $10 admin fee until October 10, 2021. No refunds after October 10, 2021. Please contact Oklahoma Senior Games to receive a refund. 

Directions

• LifeTime Athletic is on the North side of Quail Springs Mall in the large parking lot. Best entrance is on 140^th street from the west side on May.

• There will be a special entrance for pickleball players and visitors to the east of the main entrance.  Watch for signs. We don’t want to interrupt their flow of members coming into the club.

Format

1. This will be an Age/Skill division tournament and will follow the same structure as the 2021 National Senior Games. 

2. The skill ratings will be divided into THREE divisions (Division I, II, III) as long as each division has 4 or more teams. 

3. The 2021 National Senior Games skill ratings per division are listed as:

• Division I -- 5.0, 4.5
• Division II -- 4.0
• Division III -- 3.5 and below 

4. Oklahoma will qualify four Oklahoma teams in each age category per division for the 2021 National Senior Games.

5. If Oklahoma does not have enough athletes in an age/skill division, the athlete would move up or down depending on the numbers in each group at the discretion of the Tournament Director.

6. Format will be Round Robin and then a single elimination bracket.  Event Director reserves the right to modify format based on the number of tournament entries and skill level in each age group.

7. All matches, will be 2 of 3 games to 11, win by 2.
