Cancellation Policy

There will be up to a 50% refund for events that are cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen event.

• Full refund (less finance charges) if withdraw is completed prior to 6 weeks to the start of the tournament (Dec 16, 2021)
• Refund (less a processing fee of $10) if withdraw is completed between 4-6 weeks to the start of the tournament (Dec 17 – Dec 30, 2021)
• Refund (less a processing fee of $20) if withdraw is completed between 4 weeks – 10 days to the start of the tournament (Dec 31, 2021 – Jan 17, 2022)
• All refunds between Jan 18, 2022 and the start of the tournament will be considered a request and evaluated by the tournament director

From the North:  Take I-5 south and merge onto I-205 south at exit 7.  In 4.2 miles take Padden Parkway exit 32 and go west toward Andresen.  Merge quickly to the left and turn left at the first stop light which is NE Andresen Rd.  Take the 1st left at the signal which is 78th Street.  Take the first right which is 72nd Ave. and the club is on the left.

From the South take I-205 north to exit 32, Padden Parkway and stay left to go on Padden Parkway west toward Andresen.  Merge quickly to the left and turn left at the first stop light which is NE Andresen Rd. Take the 1st left at the signal which is 78th Street. Take the first right which is 72nd Ave. and the club is on the left.

OR traveling north on I-5 take exit 4, NE 78th Street.  Turn right onto 78th Street and go 3.1 miles (just past Andresen) and turn right onto NE 72nd Ave.  The club is on the left.
