Snacks and water will be provided to all players throughout the weekend. One lunch ticket will be included with your entry fee. Lunch will be available for purchase if you play on more than one day in more than one event.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are allowed on or around the premise (ie: parking lot)...

Cancellation Policy

Tourney Fees are non-refundable. Some events may be combined depending on the number of entries. In the event of inclement weather, matches may be played indoors and the tournament format may be changed to complete matches on a timely basis.

Double Elimination Tournament Format*
Winners Bracket:  2/3 games to 11 points, win by 2 points.
Losers Bracket: 1 game to 15 points, win by 2 points.
Smaller brackets may use a round robin format.
