Tournament Description

Registration Fee: $35.00 _ Event Fee: $10.00 Each _ T-Shirt: Included in Registration, Heavenly Hearts Round Robin Tournament. Events with 9 or less teams will play Round Robin. Events with 10 or more teams will be split into an A & B bracket. Standings from the pool play will determine teams seeding in a single elimination bracket.

OUR REASON WHY

<span style="color: rgb(65, 105, 225); font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, " segoe="" ui",="" roboto,="" "helvetica="" neue",="" arial,="" "noto="" sans",="" sans-serif,="" "apple="" color="" emoji",="" "segoe="" ui="" symbol",="" emoji";="" font-size:="" 16px;"="">At the beginning of 2021, our family’s life was altered, and our trajectory changed forever. Our 18 year old son Lucas passed away unexpectedly. Because so many reached out and offered support, our burden was lighter, and through it all we saw a greater calling for our family. We felt prompted to start Heavenly Hearts, a non-profit organization where our mission is to Serve, Comfort and Love families who have lost loved ones as we did-prematurely and tragically-whether it be a child or young parent. We want to help these individuals and families through the whirlwind that follows this loss.

Schedule of Events

Thursday, December 2nd : Mens & Womens Doubles Seniors / Age Divisions: 50+, 65+

Friday, December 3rd: Mens & Womens Doubles / Age Divisions: 18+, 35+

Saturday, December 4th: Mixed Doubles / Age Divisions: 18+, 35+ & Family Division (One partner needs to be 17 or younger)

Skill Levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0

Match Times

Thursday December 2nd / Events will start at 10 AM

Friday December 3rd / Events will start at 10 AM

Saturday December 4th / Events will start at 9 AM / Family Division will play in the late afternoon

Exact times will be posted 1 Week prior to the event starting

Format

Events with 9 or less teams will play straight Round Robin

7 - 9 Teams: 1 to 15(Win By 1)

5 - 6 Teams: 1 to 21(Win By 1)

4 Teams: Best 2 out of 3(Win By 1)

*When brackets are combined medals will only be seperated out if there are 3 or more teams from each division.

Events with 10 or more teams will be split into an A & B bracket. Standings after pool play will determine your teams seeding in the single elimination bracket.

10+ Teams: 1 to 11(Win By 1)

Single Elimination Bracket: 1 to 15(Win By 1)

Family Division Single Elimination Brackets: 1 to 11(Win By 1)

Tie Breakers: 1st Head to Head/2nd Point Differential/3rd Total Points

Cancellation Policy

Tournament has a no refund policy.

100% of proceeds goes to the Heavenly Hearts foundation.
