The Franklin X-40 is the official tournament ball.
Please note, to stay off the wait list, you must have the following:
1. Mark your registration complete
2. Signed the waiver electronically
3. Paid all fees
4. If playing doubles, have a partner that has completed registration, signed the waiver, and paid all fees.
Every Friday, players that have not completed all listed above will be moved to the wait list to make room for other players.
Please note that starting in 2016 all USAPA sanctioned tournaments will require USAPA Membership. If you would like to renew your membership or to obtain a new membership proceed to USAPA Memberships.
Every tournament needs a little help. Please lend a hand with refereeing matches. We will have some seasoned refs on hand to help with those who haven't done it before.

Please note that each player is responsible to ensure their paddle is on the list and aware of the rules.
PLEASE PLEASE check that your paddle is on the list. When a player is discovered playing with a paddle that has not received USA Pickleball/IFP approval or is not in compliance with the paddle specifications in Section 3.E, the referee must impose a match forfeit on the player.
For payments received after Jan 7th, a late fee of $10 will be assessed.

- Rates will include full breakfast option served 7 days a week - Currently, due to COVID-19, this is a modified buffet where guests can choose what they'd like to eat, the staff serves it to their liking, and the guests take their meal to an indoor and outdoor seating area, or to their rooms. It is still all-you-can-eat, and guests are more than welcome to come back for more!
- Rate also includes self-parking which can accommodate large trucks and buses.
- Also included in the pricing is high-speed wi-fi connectivity.
- Heated outdoor pool and hot tub remain open.
- Fitness center is open 24 hours a day, access is included in the rate as well.
- Outdoor areas that are fully accessible by guests are the BBQ and grilling area, as well as the fire pit and seating area.
- Additionally, a Suite Shop in the lobby area that boasts a great selection of snacks, frozen meals, beverages, and other goodies and sundries.
- Frequent and regular sanitation of all public areas remains in effect as well as having plenty of hand sanitizing stations available for all.

Late Fee: For payments received after Jan 7th, a late fee of $10 will be assessed.
COVID-19: Regarding COVID-19 restrictions, no masks will be required because the event is outdoors and less than 5,000 people. This is based on San Diego County and California Department of Public Health guidance. Of course, if the guidance changes by the tournament date, we will follow those changes.
No person will be prevented from wearing a mask as a condition of participation.

1/21/2022 - Schedule of events is posted. Click on the round button labeled "Schedule". HOWEVER.....ALWAYS check back to see any changes in start times as they can change depending on participation. ALWAYS check after 8pm the night before your event and AGAIN the morning of your event. YOU are responsible to know when you start time is every day. Thank you!!
12/29/2021 - The schedule will be posted on January 21, 2022. The earliest events will start at 8 AM.

Permanent nets. Benches. People can bring chairs for use outside the courts. We hope to have a set of bleachers and picnic tables installed prior to the event. Restaurants short stroll at parking lot. Restrooms right there at courts.
Cancellation Policy
Players on the wait list will get a refund after the tournament, full if not played at all, partial if played in some events ($10 refund per event not played).
All other refunds will be processed if submitted prior to Jan 7, 2022.
Late Fee of $10 for payments made after Jan 7, 2022.
This is an outdoor event with no make-up date. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is not available. Thank you for your understanding!
Format
USAPA Rules will apply.
Format of Play: Double elimination. Round Robin for events with fewer teams. Some events with many players may be split, and some events with fewer players may be merged.
USAPa rules will be used.
