Other Registration Info
Thank you for playing in our upcoming event. We understand for some this may be your first pickleball tournament and we're happy to have you. If it is your first tournament or you need help understanding this event's registration process that's what this page is for.
When registering, you probably noticed there is a registration fee ($60) and an event(s) fee (either $30 or $60 per event). The registration fee and event(s) fee are separated because players can sign up for multiple events should they chose. For example, a male 3.5 player could play 3.5 men's singles, 3.5 men's doubles, and play 3.5 mixed. This 3.5 male player would then need to pay the registration fee of $60 and the additional event fees which are $30 each. So this player's total fees would be $150 to play the 3 events. We do have OPEN doubles events which has a higher event fee of $60 because there is more prize money.
We hope this example helps explain calculating your individual total fees.
For doubles, both teammates need to pay individually for their doubles team's entry to be accepted and confirmed. For singles, it's just the individual player. If you notice a red $ next to your name that means you still need to pay. A red NR means that player hasn't registered yet and they need to.
Unregistered partners or unpaid teams (even if it's just one teammate) will be moved to a waitlist for that individual event once registration closes. If this happens, it will be assumed that both these players are not interested in participating in the tournament and therefore will not be placed in the corresponding draw. We obviously need to know who's actually playing to make the draws.
Up to August 3rd, 2022: Full Refund
August 4th-Registration Close: Full refund less $25 processing

THERE IS NO CHANGING EVENTS ONCE REGISTRATION CLOSES
