Tournament Description

All paid event fees will be paid back to each bracket as prize money! First Prize (Gold) wins 50%, Second Prize (Silver) wins 30% and Third Prize (Bronze) wins 20%. All paid cash at the medal presentation. All medals and monies are for that specific group whether it is an individual group or a merged group. No refunds after April 1, 2022 which is the date we need to pay for all of the tournament expenses.

We always invite food trucks to every tournament.  Unfortunately, they don't always show up.  Luckily, just about every fast food company is located within a few miles from either location.

We supply bottled water and the swag bag will include a few snacks as well.

The only thing we ask is that you please place all trash in the proper trash recepticals.

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE 

If you withdraw before CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, you will be issued a refund (with a $10 processing fee deducted) 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - This is an outdoor tournament.  If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play all matches.  There are no refunds.  We will offer a make up day if possible or offer an event credit for that specific event.  If this is your only event, then you will receive a credit for the entire event less the $15 cost of the swag bag whether you choose to receive it or not.  There are no indoor backup plans for this tournament.

Winners Bracket

This tournament will be double elimination, 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 in the winners bracket.

Losers Bracket / Opportunity Bracket

One game to 15 win by 2 in the loser bracket.  Keep winning or this event is over....

Losers bracket can win all the way back to the Gold!

Smaller brackets may be moved to a round robin.  The tournament breifing will notify you should that change be made along with the scoring changes if any.
