Please bring any food you want

We always invite food trucks to every tournament.  Unfortunately, they don't always show up.  Luckily, just about every fast food company is located within a few miles of the location.

We supply bottled water, a water fountain is available in the Pro Shop.  The swag bag will include a few snacks as well.

The only thing we ask is that you please place all trash in the proper trash recepticals.

Dog Policy

We welcome pets, however, there are many players that don't appreciate pets around them at the facility.  Please keep all pets on leashes and away from the crowds.

This is a very large facility with a lot of room.  Also, please clean up after your pet.  There are bags in the Pro Shop and many trash recepticles for the waste.

Registration Fees

$45 Registration Fee - Cover the cost of insurance, rent, shirts, swag, software and other costs.

$10 Referee Fee - Referees insure an honest, well run match.

$5  Volunteer Fee - We use paid registration desk personnel to insure a well run event.

$15 Event Fee - Medals, maintenance, janitorial services and other misc. costs.

We do our best to keep our costs as low as possible and run the best tournament possible.  Please be on time, respectful of the staff and understanding that somethings are out of our control.

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE 

If you withdraw before CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, you will be issued a refund (with a $10 processing fee deducted) 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - This is an outdoor tournament.  If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play all matches.  There are no refunds.  We will offer a make up day if possible or offer an event credit for that specific event.  If this is your only event, then you will receive a credit for the entire event less the $15 cost of the swag bag whether you choose to receive it or not.  There are no indoor backup plans for this tournament.

Please enter from Birdneck Road at the light for the elementary school.  We share the same entrance.  Please stay to the right and park along the fence for the pickleball courts.  The light blue building is the pro shop and the registration desk is located just outside the entrance.

This tournament will be double elimination, 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 in the winners bracket.

Losers Bracket / Opportunity Bracket

One game to 15 win by 2 in the loser bracket.  Keep winning or this event is over....

Losers bracket can win all the way back to the Gold!
