Tournament Description

Doubles and Singles: Round Robin format ALL skills, and age brackets from 14+ to 60+. Registration includes indoor play on 16 courts with 3 levels of medals per bracket, swag bag, visor & hand towel. But we're more than just a tournament! Plan to join us for 1 day or hang for the whole weekend - Stay tuned for all the deets including: fun games, special evening events and the opportunity to explore the town! Let's Go Toledo!

Food

Concessions will be open from 11am-7pm serving food and beer.

We will have two hydration stations set up, so please bring your fillable containers.  Life aid power will be provided to all participants.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 8/16/22 will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee.

No refunds will be given for any reason after 8/16/22.  Please email Brandon under the "Contact" tab if you need to withdraw.

The Tournament will be held in Hall B.  Friday is special event parking and is $10.  Downtown Toledo Street parking is free on Saturday's and Sunday's so we encourage you to take advantage of that on those days.  Please view this link for more details on parking:  https://www.glasscitycenter.com/p/facilities/parking

Format

This tournament will be played in round robin format using the following scoring:

5 Teams - Single round robin, games 2/3 to 11, win by 2 on all games

6-9 Teams - Single round robin, games 1 to 15, win by 2 on all games

10 Teams - Two pools of single round robin matches.  Games will be 2/3 to 11, win by 2 on all games.  The top 2 teams from each pool will advance to a Playoff.

11+Teams - Two pools of single round robin matches.  Games will be 1 to 15, win by 2 on all games.  The top 2 teams from each pool will advance to a Playoff.

Brackets of 4 or less will be combined with other age brackets first, skill levels second.  The tournament team reserves the right to combine brackets if need is present to meet the above criteria.

Brackets will be awarded placement based upon the following structure:

1. Wins

2. If there is a tie, head-to-head

3. If no clear head-to-head, point differential will be used.
