Cancellations must be made by August 3, 2021 in order to receive a FULL refund. 
No refunds will be given for any reason after August 3, 2020. 

UPDATE July 27, 2021- ALL REFUNDS DUE WILL  BE PROCESSED AFTER TOURNAMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED....

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - THIS IS AN OUTDOOR TOURNAMENT.  THERE IS NO INDOOR BACKUP.  IF WEATHER IS A FACTOR WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO PLAY MATCHES.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR MAKE UP DAYS IF THE TOURNAMENT IS IMPACTED BY WEATHER.

Winners bracket 2 of 3 to 11 win by 2
Losers bracket will be one game to 15, win by 2

***A round robin format will be implemented for groups with 5 or less teams

***Groups with 1 or 2 teams will be combined with another group of the same skill level

***All medal matches to be 2 of 3 to 11 win by 2
