Tournament Description

Annual Pickleball Tournament held at LiveWell Athletic Club in Lufkin, Texas. Tournament play starts at 9am.There will be a Players Meeting at 8:45 am to go over the rules and court assignments. You must be ready to start your match when play begins at 9am. You should come early, 8am, if you want to check-in and warm up.

Catered food or an onsite food truck will be available. More details will be provided later.

Coffee, water and a wide selection of custom-made protein shakes are available at the front desk.

There is a vending machine onsite in the lobby that offers fresh ready to eat meals, snacks and sports drinks.

There are numerous restaurants and fast food venues within minutes of LiveWell Athletic Club.

*Outdoor Pickleball is a high hydration activity. Please plan accordingly, pack personal water bottles and sports drinks.

Tournament balls will be provided for the tournament.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any or all of your events until 11:59 pm, May 9, 2022 and receive a full refund.

There will be up to a 50% refund for events that are cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen event.

If you have requested a partner and one cannot be found, you will also receive a full refund.

Events with 4 or more teams will be run as Double Elimination.

Events with 3 or less teams will run as a Round Robin.
