Other Registration Info

When registering, please ensure that your T-Shirt size is on your registration form.  If it's not on your Pickleball Tournaments profile, please make sure you enter it during registration.  We want to make certain that you are happy and have a shirt that fits.  We will be using both Men and Womens dri-fit style shirts.

We would also like to mention that Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds is hosting a concert at Anderson Music Hall (located directly across from the Pickleball Outdoor Complex.  The concert is a 60’s and 70’s themed event titled “Happy Together” starring The Turtles, Chuck Negron (formerly of Three Dog Night), The Association, Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, The Vogues and The Cowsills.  It is Saturday night, June 4^th at 7:00 p.m. more infromation can be found at: www.georgiamountainfairgrounds.com or by calling 706-896-4191.

Cancellation Policy

The tournament has a no refund policy.  The event is being held on an outdoor venue.  If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches.  We will not issue refunds or have make up days if the tournament is impacted by the weather.

Directions

The Towns County Outdoor Pickleball Complex is located directly across from the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds.  The complex is lakeside with parking provided at the venue.

Format

All events are round robin format based on age and skill level.  Age groups will vary (to reach a maximum of 8 teams in a bracket) and medals will be awarded for each bracket.  Scoring will be to either 11 or 15 depending on how many teams are in the bracket. Brackets with 4 teams or less will play a double round robin.

The tournament bracket medal winners will be determined by total wins.  If there is a tie, we will use the following to determine the medals:

1.  Head to Head

2.  Total Points

3.  Point Differential

Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format to ensure that all players have a fun tournament.  In case of rain, we will attempt to adjust to the conditions or location.
