Tournament Description

NEW FOR 2022: SKILL LEVEL WITH 19+ and 60+ AGE BRACKETS. WE RUN A TOURNAMENT WITH LINE JUDGES FOR MEDAL MATCHES AND REFEREES FOR MOST, IF NOT ALL, MATCHES. Entries limited to no more than 16 teams per event. Registration may also be closed when the tournament director deems the courts are at capacity for the day. Entry order and place on event limit list will be determined by the online registration & payment dates of the LATTER partner of the team to register & pay (i.e. both team members must create their own online registration & pay). RAIN MAKEUP DATE is Sunday, Dec. 4th.

Food

Lunches will be available at Fast Willy's Family Sports Grill in the resort .  You can go to, phone in or order online to go.  Please bring your own water bottle.  It can refilled from filter water dispensers at the courts.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds after November 17, 2022 unless event is cancelled or you did not get in from the waiting list.  There is a $5 administrative fee for all refunds.

Directions

Follow I-10 to exit 270 (Kolb Rd). Head south for 1/2 mile to the Voyager RV Resort entrance on left (8701 S Kolb Rd).  Parking spaces are available on all four sides of the central activity complex.

Format

• Double elimination skill level tournament with either 19+ or 60+ age brackets only - 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 & 5.0
• Teams must play at the skill level of the highest rated partner.  Rated players may not play below their UTPR rating.  
• Entry order determined by the online registration and payment date of the last partner of the team to register and pay.
• Participants may play in only one skill level bracket per event (max of 2 events).
• Ball will be the optic yellow Franklin X-40.
• Tournament Director reserves the right to combine events and change format based on enrollment.
