WEATHER POLICY

In the event of inclement weather (lightning or severe storms), the tournament will be cancelled. If possible a new date will be determined. Due to quick changing weather patterns, that days event may be cancelled with little notice. Cancellations and announcements will be communicated. 

REFUND OR CREDIT POLICY

No refund or credit will be issued upon cancellation of an event.
