Results from the event will be put in DUPR and players will get an official rating if they do not have one yet.

Cancellation Policy

Player Cancellation, Withdrawal, and refunds:

Cancellation Deadline: 6/14/22
If a registered player elects to withdraw before the cancellation deadline date, a refund will be issued less $10.00 to cover administrative costs and Paypal fees. No refunds will be issued for anyone withdrawing or cancelling after the cancellation date deadline.

Inclement Weather:

Every effort will be made to complete all games and events. There will be no refunds for events that are modified or rescheduled.
For events not able to start due to inclement weather, players will receive a credit toward the future events.

Format

Round Robin Brackets

Each division will be ran with a round robin format of two groups

All teams on each group play each other.

The top 2 teams of each group move on to the playoffs.

Each matches will be 2 out 3 games to 11.

All players or teams play each other. The winner is determined based on the number of matches won. If two or more teams are tied:

1st tie-breaker: head-to-head matches won.

2nd tie-breaker: point differential of all games played. (e.g., Team A won Match 1 11-8, 11-4, so they would have a point differential of +10. Team A then wins the second match 11-9, 2-11, 11-6. For this round, they would have a point differential of -2. This would give them a total for the day of +8.) 12.C.3.c.

3rd tie-breaker: head-to-head point differential.

4th tie-breaker: point differential against next-highest team. (e.g., If the teams are tied for second, use point differentials against the first-place team.)
