Cancellation Policy

Tournament Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, we will provide a change of date, same venue and any paid credit will be applied to new registration.

Player Cancellation Policy:

We are not refunding any paid fees. This tournament is supporting and working with Firemen and Fire Departments. We will donate all profits to Camp Amigo Burn Victims, UF Shand’s Burn Center, Covid – 19, and related Charities through Knights of Columbus Council 16492

Format

Our tournament format is Double Elimination; only undefeated teams play for Gold.

Consolation bracket can play up to Bronze.

All players are guaranteed two ( 2 ) matches.

All matches in the "Main Draw" will be 2 out of 3 games to 11; winning by 2 points; all matches in the "Consolation Draw" will be one game to 15 winning by 2 points

Any brackets with 5 teams or less will play a round robin. Each round will be 2 out of 3 games to 11; winning by 2 points

MONEYBALL

Updated format:

POOL PLAY
2 pools
Each pool will play a round robin within their pool. Each macth 1 game to 15 win by 2.
Top 2 teams of each pool advance to playoffs.
3rd place of each pool will have a 1 match playoff for 5th place.

PLAYOFFS
Top 2 teams of each pool will advance to the playoffs.
Winner of pool 1 plays second of pool 2, winner of pool 2 plays second of pool 1.
Winners of those matches advance to Gold/Silver match for 1st and 2nd places. Losers play Bronze Mendal Match for 3rd and 4th places.
The 2 - 3rd place pool play finishers will have 1 match to determine 5th place.

2nd place team - $800
3rd place team - $400
4th place team - $300
5th place team - $200
