Tournament Description

Our mission is to help lighten the burden of grief for families that have lost a loved one prematurely. By providing resources, service and education we help families navigate possibly the worst time in their life. In the last 12 months we have had the opportunity to help 13 families during their time of loss and grief. We lost our 18 year old son in January 2021, we know the struggles that come with loss, it is hard, it is messy, and having someone that can help point you in a positive direction can be the difference a family needs to save them from more heartache and grief.

Tournament has a NO REFUND policy.

100% of proceeds goes to the Heavenly Hearts foundation.

Format

Events with 9 or less teams will play straight Round Robin

7 - 9 Teams: 1 to 15(Win By 1)

5 - 6 Teams: 1 to 21(Win By 1)

4 Teams: Best 2 out of 3(Win By 1)

*When brackets are combined medals will only be seperated out if there are 3 or more teams from each division and if it doesn't feed into a single elimination bracket.

Events with 10 or more teams will be split into an A & B pool. Top 3 teams from each pool will play in a single elimination bracket for medals.

10+ Teams: 1 to 11(Win By 1)

Single Elimination Bracket: 1 to 15(Win By 1)

Family Division Single Elimination Brackets: 1 to 11(Win By 1)

Tie Breakers: 1st Head to Head/2nd Point Differential/3rd Total Points

Division with less then 4 teams will be combined. First by skill, then by age.
