Rock n Roll Triples will follow all USAP/IFP rules except for the triple elimination playing format

Results will not be available for UTPR credit

Description

Teams are guaranteed 3 matches 

R n R is a triple elimination pickleball tournament.  

Just a friendly reminder that the winner's bracket might have a longer wait time due to the triple elimination format.

Rock music will be played during the tournament

Thursday, February 2nd / Mixed Doubles  / Age Events 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Friday, February 3rd / Mens & Womens Doubles 12+ & 35+ 

Saturday, February 4th / Mixed Doubles 12+ & 35+

• Most matches will begin at 9am each day

*All registration will take place through pickleballtournaments.com using Authorize.net.

Format

 Triple Elimination Playing Format

Senior days will be split into age groups the best we can.

All Age days will be combined to stay true to the Triple Elimination Format

4 to 5 teams (Senior Events)

Round Robin - 2 out of 3 

4 matches play to 1 game to 21 points 

4 or more play 1 game to 15 points

6 to 8 teams

Winner Bracket:  1 to 21

Loser Bracket I: 1 to 15

Loser Bracket II: 1 to 11

9 to 19 teams

Winner Bracket: 1 to 15

Loser Bracket: 1 to 15

Loser Bracket: 1 to 15

20+ teams

           Teams will be split into 2 triple elimination brackets playing until two teams are left in each bracket.  The remaining two teams from each bracket will be placed into another bracket playing for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.  Teams will carry over their losses from the previous bracket.  All matches will be one game to 15.
