Come join us for our 2nd annual Pickleballerz Open! Spots will fill up so make sure to register early. Register by 12/23 for a free tournament t-shirt! Pickleballerz is a 6 court indoor facility with permanent dedicated pickleball courts. Singles, Doubles, and Mixed events, 3.0-4.5, and Open Doubles and Mixed.

Remember: Your registration is NOT COMPLETE until EACH PLAYER on the team is registered individually.

Minimum Age: 16 years old*

Event Fee for the Open events are $65 per event; This fee will be pooled and a percentage put toward the Prize Money awarded in each Open event. Ratings of 4.5 and higher encouraged to register.

UTPR and DUPR ratings may be considered in determining player registration.

Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of event start time as scheduled to allow time for Check-In. Actually start time may vary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation deadline: January 13, 2023. Cancelations must be completed by this date in order to receive a refund. No refunds after cancelation deadline.

Format

Format:

Event brackets must have at least 6 entries at the registration deadline in order to play a double elimination blind draw bracket.

Event brackets of 5 entries at the registration deadline will play a round robin tournament.

Events with 4 or less participants may be combined with another of similar skill level or cancelled.

DOUBLES EVENTS: Registration is NOT COMPLETE until ALL PLAYERS (both players in a doubles teams) have registered SEPARATELY.

Player(s) may cancel their tournament registration prior to Wednesday of tournament week and receive a refund. Any cancelation after Wednesday of tournament week is non-refundable.

If a division is full, register for the waitlist in case a team has to cancel their registration.

Double Elimination Bracket:

Winners bracket best 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2

Second Chance bracket 1 game to 15 win by 2

Bronze Medal match 1 game to 15 win by 2

Gold Medal match 2 out of three 3 games to 11 win by 2, tiebreaker 1 game to 15 win by 2 if needed

Round Robin Matches:

Will be 1 game to 21 win by 2

Medals awarded by matches won, ties broken by:

head-to-head matches won

if there is still a tie point differential in all matches played.

if there is still a tie it is point differential in head-to-head matches.

if there is still a tie it is point differential against next highest team.
