Food

There will be Food Trucks/Food Vendors for purchase during the tournament.  All players will receive $5 voucher in their swag bag to be used towards food at food truck.

Please bring plenty of water and snacks!

Lodging / Accommodations

For Closer Lodging to the Tournament, there are several Hotels in
the North Charleston area near the airport. Downtown is another
excellent choice!

Cancellation Deadline is April 10, 2023.

Players withdrawing from the Tournament prior to April 10,2023 will be subject to a $10.00 

Admin Fee. No refuntds given after April 10, 2023

No refunds will be given if the tournament is cencelled because of weather or other circumstances beyond our control

Format

1. Watch for tournament info emails

2. Tournament will be played with Franklin X-40

3. Players  may not enter two age groups in the same event

4. check in 30 minutes before your bracket starts

5. No refunds

6. Practice times availible on the Thursday before the tournament start

7. Format and other changes are at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Brackets may be consolidated by age and/or skill level. If start times are adjusted to accommodate changes, players will be notified.

8. Double elimination format or round robin play is determined by bracket size. 

9. Scoring witll be 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2 in round robin play. Other brackets will be 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2 with consolation play games up to 15 win by 2.
