Tournament Description

Friday is Men's & Women's Singles, Saturday is Men's & Women's Doubles, and Sunday is Mixed Doubles. There are amateur skill/age, Pro and Senior Pro brackets. Players receive a tournament tee shirt and access to our hospitality tent. Winners receive a medal and a sponsor's gift. Pro brackets prize money funded by $40/player paid out 60% for 1st, 25% for 2nd, and 15% for 3rd. Refs for most medal matches. All USAP rules apply. Live streamed on Pickleball is Life YouTube. Friday will end at 4pm. Sat & Sun can go to 10 pm if needed. Brackets may be combined if too few players register.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up until Feb 17, 2023. No refunds will be given after Feb 17, 2023. 

This is an outdoor event. No refunds due to rain. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs the tournament coordinators will do all they can to play matches.   If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.

Format

Doubles Brackets:

• 6 or more team brackets will play double elimination.
• 4 or 5 team brackets will play a round robin format.
• 3 or fewer teams, bracket will be combined.

Singles Brackets:

• 5 and more player brackets will play double elimination.
• 4 player brackets will play a round robin format. 
• 3 or fewer players, brackets will be combined.

Double Elimination Format:

• All players will have the ability to play for the Gold Medal match thru the consolation bracket. 

• All players are guaranteed two matches.

• All matches in the "Main Draw" will be 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.

• All matches in the "Consolation Draw" will be one game to 15 win by 2.

• Medal rounds will be 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2.

Round Robin Format:

• All matches will be 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2.

• Results sorted first by match won/lost, then by head-to-head, then by points won/lost.
